Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, Please notify the salon at least 48 hours in advance by calling (775) 561-4117.
Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours notice, the card on file will be charged or you will be invoiced for 50% of the service booked.
"No shows" will be charged 100% of the service of the reserved service amount.
